The countdown is on….it’s just nine weeks until th The countdown is on….it’s just nine weeks until the 2026 Malmsbury Village Fayre!

This year will be twenty-five years since the very first Fayre! What a milestone for our special community event.

Staged on Sunday April 26th 2026 at the picturesque Malmsbury Botanic Gardens, this year the Fayre will run an extra hour - so the fun will be happening 10am right through to 4pm.

We’ll have even more musical entertainment - always a highlight - plus 70+ local maker stalls and food & drink vendors. We’ll have plenty on for the kids too, making it a perfect family day out - and still only $2 entry on the gate.

We’re proud to again be a part of the fantastic Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival line up of events and the Fayre committee would again like to thank the @macedonrangessc for their support in staging the Fayre this year. A grant from the Events & Festival Grant program has again been vital in helping us cover the costs of staging the Fayre.

Here are just a few of the great moments - and smiling faces - from the 2025 Fayre.

Invite friends from far and wide to come to the Fayre - and to visit our local traders when they’re here too. See you soon…at the Fayre!

📝 2026 Stallholder Applications are now open! We’ 📝 2026 Stallholder Applications are now open!

We’ve already had many of our fabulous 2025 stallholders confirm they’ll be returning next year, but we still have places remaining for NEW stall holders for the 2026 Malmsbury Village Fayre.

If you’d like to be a 2026 Fayre stallholder, please complete our application form via a (new and improved!) online tool we’re using: Issimo markets.

We are planning for up to 80 stalls and will be giving priority to local stallholders and community groups, and to stallholders with good quality, innovative and sustainable products or services.

There is a link in our bio to the Application form (you will need to create a log in to apply).

A reminder, next year’s Fayre will be held on Sunday 26 April, 2026. #malmsbury #malmsburyvillagefayre #supportlocal
The Malmsbury Village Fayre is a community event r The Malmsbury Village Fayre is a community event run solely by volunteers. There are, of course, still many costs to running the Fayre. We aim to ensure we raise enough money to put on the Fayre each year and, when we have more than is needed for the coming year’s Fayre, we donate back to the local Malmsbury community.

This year we asked five groups what they needed and then made those donations to suit each group’s needs.

The donations made from 2025 Fayre excess funds were:

$500 Malmsbury Progress Association
- Repairs to Molly the Wombat

$1000 Malmsbury Primary School
- Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden

$1000 Malmsbury Cricket Club
- For new equipment

$1400 Malmsbury CFA
- toward surveyor’s report for community signage

$100 Malmsbury Farmers Market
- toilet paper for Market days (possible the most important one for all of us 😉)

Thank you to all of our Fayre stallholders and attendees that support the Fayre and allow us to make the community spirit of the Fayre extend beyond the day!
